These two depression-era&nbsp;candle holders are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. 
 
The following information is found in the book, "20th Century Glass Candle Holders" by Riggs and Pendergrass: 
 
 Federal 4.5" #2826 often called 'Wigwam' or 'Windmill' double light candle holder. Crystal $20-25 pair (1936-1939).

   This rimmed flower frog was identified by a collector as   possible   Cambridge piece. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks but there is a small 'ripple' next to the opening of one hole which appears to be a manufacturer's flaw. 
 
It is approximately 4.5" in diameter x 1.5" tall, 3 triangular feet, 13 holes
